A completed and properly executed tournament waiver and release form is required for each participant before participation in the ACADEMY SPORTS + OUTDOORS H-TOWN CLASSIC. Waivers will be linked for all registrants on the confirmation page and your confirmation email, waivers can also be completed on tournament day at check-in.
